For an average engagement of 12-18 months, the common guidelines to book your wedding vendors are as follows:
18-12 Months • Planner • Venue • Church
10-8 Months • Photographer • Videographer • Entertainment • DJ, Band - Music for the ceremony • Florist/Decor • Caterer - if your venue does not provide one
8-6 Months • Cake • Officiant • Guest Accommodations (needed for stationery) • Hotel block, Transportation(be careful if your wedding date is the same as Prom season book your limo asap)
6-4 Months • Stationery • Stylist - Hair and Make-up • Day of Coordinator
